So with any hun adjustment made to the figures this year is exactly where you'd expect it to be right at the bottom alongside mowbray and a season where we got to last 16 in europe

It seems a bit unfair to lump Lennon in with Mowbray for that 09/10 season. It's like failure by association (that isn't a criticism of the lads compiling these tables by the way - great work as always  )

It's just that Mowbray was such a dud - that he should almost be made to take the hit (on the chin?) by himself. Lennon managed 8 straight wins from the 8 league games he managed us that season, and helped polish up slightly a right jobby of a season for us. I know he lost the Scottish cup semi-final that year to Ross County - but his results in the remainder of league games that season put a slightly respectable gloss on Mowbray's failings.

Not really, it would be more unfair not to point out that but for Lennon's spurt at the end of the season, Mowbray would be rock bottom of this list and by some distance

If we take the average points per game (1.9) for Mowbray's 30 games and they kept that going for the season (38 games), we would have had a total of 72 or 73  As you say Belgrano, rock bottom by some way.
For Lennon's 8 games all won, we would have finished with a total of 114 points for the season :twitch:   :chuffed:  :rocker:

Off to our third best start since 2000, second highest goals scored (1 behind 2002) and second highest goals conceded (1 behind 2005) tells the early story of the Rodgers era :rocker: Would be happy if we maintain that after our clash with the debutants; beating 2010 or 2002 would be some statement of intent :arrr:
