Surely no worse than this awful season we're having?

So I read from several posters.

Everything is always THE WORST EVER, until the next season, which is THE ABSOLUTE WORST OH MY GOD, but then there's always the season after that, when reasonable people say "ok, sorry, I don't know what I was thinking calling those other seasons the worst, because this here, right now, is far worse than anything ever." And so goes the grand pageant of Celtic (and human) history.

Very true. This season might have been the first year that we've not had the worst centre half ever seen at the club (which accolade is an achievement somewhat undermined by the fact that the previous years' "all time" winner is usually displaced by the current year's incumbent).

If this current seasons form was actually really poor and we matched the season of 09/10 we would still be top of league by Goal Difference.

We've now gone over 300 minutes without conceding, who holds the clean sheet record again?

We'd need to keep a clean sheet in 7 of the last 8 games to do it.

I think it's astonishing that we are only 5 points better off than 2005/6 at this stage. Not in a negative way: we really recovered from an awful start that year, is all.
