Ther most likely is a generic St pauli thread if so someone point me in the right direction.

i've started this thread to highlight the prospect of a possible promotion/relegation between Fc St pauli and HSV Hamburg.

If Hamburg come 16th in the Bundesliga (2 points ahead of 16th)
And if st Pauli come 3rd in Bundesliga.2 (1 point behind 3rd)
The they face each other in a two legged playoff .

The atmosphere at this game would be unbelievable.

The teams below Hamburg (Augsburg, Cologne and Hertha Berlin) are too weak imo and will hardly get any points in the remaining games

Looking that way. but theres always hope/podolski lol.

Would be a very exciting tie.
I'd happily go over and show my support.

was trying to get over this season to "taste" the atmosphere. never formulated though.

St. Pauli lost 2-1 this evening away to SpVgg Greuther Fuerth.

Next three games look tricky, against Rostock (H), Dresden (A) & Paderborn (H)
Not that Rostock are any good, but there's always an "atmosphere"......
Probably all come down to the last game.

Would like to see Augsburg stay up, though their run-in looks hard.
Last game at home to HSV.....

the huns, hamburg, linfield and chelsea should set up their own league

ship them all to an island, build them a stadium, give them a few union jacks..make it like alcatraz...

never have to hear from them again

I thought Augsburg were a not too bad side this season? They've certainly beat my coupon a few times anyway :arrr:

Here's hoping if it was to happen St Pauli would destory them :rocker:

The Cologne or Hertha have to catch up Hamburg as well  I left out Kaiserslautern, who are really pish and (nearly certain)relegated, currently 19 consecutive games without a win

HSV won 1-0 today against Hannover

---

Hertha gained a point by drawing away to Leverkusen

Augsburg won away to Wolfsburg

Kaiserslautern lost, but other than that, we only need FC Köln (with a new coach/manager) to beat Gladbach to put our "German experts" to shame

I like watching German football but I don't know too much about it outside of the top three or four teams.
