Hey, you can actually post the pictures, I'm too lazy ;)
See what I mean about the proximity of the tenement to the north in the Hampden one?

i.e. Further to the east too

Don't know if this might help but I remember someone previously saying that this was Ibrox.

I would say that was the hunnery because of the white wall, the track and I am sure the second Ibrox Disaster (RIP) of 1971 was that Stairway 13 as depicted.

Is that a railway line at the back? Did Deidco always play at Ibrox, or did they have a ground somewhere else first... if so, could it be the Albion ground? Mind you, it looks too big to be that.

Yes it is. It branched off the Glasgow - Paisley line and ran down to the docks on
the Clyde. You can easily trace its route on Google Earth etc, some of the bridges
you can see in the distance are still there.

Interesting to see Cathkin Park had squared-off terracings behind the goals at
that time. I'd always assumed they were circular.

Flying pig?

Loved Easter Road then, always stood under the right floodlight, amazing how growing up going to away games my Old Bhoy would stand at certain spots at each ground, always handy if ye got lost

Forgot about those trains; there used to be a railway crossing across the cobbles on Prince's (?) Quay to allow trains to go into the sheds on the river to uplift offloaded cargo.

Scoreboard at huns end??
That kind of fits then GR?
The building is close to the ground and that is my basis for the wild guess.
The game has to be one of those 140,000 plus jobs?
Aberdeen in the CF?
BTW, the Easter Road pic is a belter. I'd be in there.
(With no dad as a fixed point  )
