I can personally guarantee that the Celtic end wasn't covered in that game, it seemed to take me all evening to dry out after the game.
I know nothing about when the Copeland Road end of Snake Mountain was covered - Have no interest in that but I am sticking by that pic being the 2-2 game in 1967 when we won the league.

I do remember being in the midden and our end wasn't covered - You tended to notice the old frosted coke bottles and Whitbread bottles as they sailed over your napper.[/quote]You're 110% correct. Wee Jinky scored the first goal for us into the Celtic end. The second toward the pre zombies.

Here it is from another angle.....

Edit. Fecked up the quote.

Says how much The Maestro thought of Ronnie Coyle that he came back from Australia to take part - Like Cesar Class Personified.

The cover on the Rangers end of Ibrox went up in 1965.

Rember this game as if it was yesterday.Melrose(11) scored on his debut........little did we know.

A few us ended up in stand in the picture, spending most the first half being chased around it before climbing a fence at half time, mamaging to get into the terrace next to it.

No it didn't; the cover was under construction (MDW, if you're interested) when we pumped them 4-0 at Billywood in the Glasgow Cup in 1966/67.
