I've only heard the same as you. They were lifted, reverently, and placed elsewhere.

Anyhoo Back on topic.

I posted a picture of a Glasgow tram some time ago and this one showed up in a folder now, I still cannot believe that those tricolor trams were allowed ride around the city? I just can't fathom one of those giant Irish flags stopping outside the biggotdome everyday without being attacked by the govan chapter of masonic painters
Go easy on the Govan jibes.

I'm an ex Govanite and I'll have you know Govan had the first battalion 'C' company of the IRA between 1918 and 1923 ;)
you have my sincere apologies

I think when comparing Parkhead and Govan there were more pre zombies in the Parkhead area.

And I knew a fair few of the carrots.

I've been over to Glasgow many dozens of times, my routine is to stay in Jury's, hang around the city center and I like to walk out to CP from town, when we bring a lot of kids over we stay in Irvine, let them go to the large leisure center there. I drove past castlegreyskull once but other than that have never been near the area, always assumed it was a no go area for those from the good side.
