Definitely.

That's George McCluskey putting us 1-0 up - watched by Billy Stark in St Mirren No8 shirt - and it was a great day!

We should have clinched the league against St Mirren two games earlier on the May bank holiday Monday afternoon (you don't get those games any more) but we drew 0-0 in the rain and then lost 3-0 at Tannadice before clinching it on on final day 3-0.
looks like Tom Mcadam's header-despite McLuskey's presence in this shot. Big Tom scored some important goals for us. A true hunskelper too.
if you confirmed, it was when after final whistle celtic fans honoured Johnny Doyle singing his name "we won the league for johnny doyle". unfortunately, my video stopped at the final whistle.

A great watch and although only 4 at the time, great to see some players in action. Provan was some player and Frank Macca in the Saints team, looked like he was playing as more as a winger.

strange, I always thought we won the league that year at Tannadice, either 3-2 us or 2 all, with Tommy Burns scoring the crucial goal, can someone tell me what I'm thinking of :ponder:

Name the player, I asked that before on an image worse than this and was quickly put in my place  I'm looking to be impressed again.
It's Joe McBride
I going to look for a picture where a player is on the far side of the park with his back turned and bent down tying his lace, late in the evening with a heavy fog and the lights out, then we'll see if your up to much

Still titled 'Westmarch' meant to be the Celtic team before or after(?) a match circa ?(not showing off but it's defo before 2000  ). Could also be a bunch of guys hanging round the park on a Sunday so maybe the historians can add some meat on the bones here
