It maybe the same room, but it doesn't look like that now.

I wonder when that dates from?...
My guess would be late 80's-early 90's. Was in there a few times back then and that's how I remember it.

That's what I'd think too.

Lot of people don't appreciate that Joe Filippi won a league medal :worthy:
Never mind appreciate lots of people who saw him play can't believe Joe Filippi won a league medal. :ph43r:

Brian McLaughlin for Joe Filippi  - Jock was not at his best then.

Jungle refurb?

Joe's injury would make it 67 right enough?

Joe's injury was Pittodrie December 1966 - He was out for a full year and returned for a full start the following December 1967 against Morton and scored a hat trick.

36 goals by Christmas - Never kicked a ball the rest of the season and was still the top scorer in Scotland - No wonder the auld school rate Joe so highly - Even the best of all time James Edward :worthy: said Joe McBride was the best striker he had seen.

"McBride??? - He's nae good - All he can do is score goals" :loel: - It is almost Kds like from that rocket journo of the time.

One of the very very few times Jock admitted he made a mistake was in letting Joe go to Hibs.

If he'd stayed fit that season he'd have won the Golden Boot (as was) by a country mile

Simon Inglis' 'Football Grounds of Great Britain' lists Jungle refurb as 1966
