East End Park - Early game under Jock as think Joe is in it.1965 or 1966 - TG 's haircut is severe also so not 1967 style.

L to R Cushley, Gemmell,(don't know who is hidden).Joe McBride. Jinky, Faither, John Clark ,Jim Craig on goal line.
No 3 looks more like Kennedy to me :ponder:

Sticking with a young Gemmell but you may be right - Looks a bit too tall for Kennedy for me though.

Peter the pointer picked his best Celtic XI he had played with on Radio Scotland tonight.

Bonner McGrain McKinlay Aitken McCarthy Collins Di Canio McStay McAvennie Burns Nicholas

Not much arguement there.

Is this the game from season 65-66 played on the 10th of December 1965? Stevie Chalmers scored both goals in a 2-0 win, If it is this game then it is Tommy Gemmell, I suggest the hidden player is Charlie Gallacher.

I haven't looked it up to see if he was playing , but I think the hidden Celt is Murdoch. He tended to use white laces at that time.

You're probably right, Bobby did feature in that game.

If it is the 65/66 game then Billy McNeill did not play, John Cushley played in his place.
