Bit of a stramash :rocker:
1980.

I'm in that pic (somewhere!) trying to clamber over the fence at the bottom of the Celtic End with my mate.
A polis kept running up and down kicking the fence, was enough to put us off and we retired back up to my da to watch "the entertainment".

Back in the day when football shorts were barely legal.

:blueoyster2:

Remember that ref Valentine from Dundee.
One day our bus was arriving into Dundee for a game v Utd and we saw Valentine going to the game with no scarf on.
Deffo not a tim so possible DUFC fan.

Remember when we were clambering over the fence it was merely to offer our congrats to Danny and the team and offer our appreciation for their efforts over 120 minutes on a hot sunny day.

Twas only when the Hun hordes couldn't accept playing second fiddle that they invaded the pitch with evil intent.

Great song from that epic encounter "We chased them all over Hampden"

Always look back on that game too and wonder how me and my mate found my da after we couldnae get over the fence. It musta been one of they moments when you're walking back from communion and ye cannae remember what row you were in, times a thousand.

Don't know if running around with a number 41 on your back was such a good idea.

Minutes silence game after the Ibrox disaster, Im assuming we are in white as the opposition is Hibs.
The Celtic strip is all-yellow with green numbers.

PS: Re. the strip v. Hibs... didn't we go through a phase where we played with red numbers on the back of yellow jerseys??? :ponder: Might just be the unexpected exposure to the sun.
