Stenhousemuir 0 The Quality Street Gang 2, Friendly from 1969.

The 15 Celts are: 10 in the white strips, goalkeeper to the far left in the back row, three subs in the back row far right and one sub in the front row far right.

:ponder:
Back Row (left to right): Evan Williams, Paul Wilson, Pat McCluskey, Kenny Dalglish, Danny McGrain, Tommy Livingstone, John Clark, Ian Hall.
Seated (left to right): John Gorman, Ward White, Lou Macari, Davie Cattanach.
Kneeling (left to right): Stevie Chalmers, Jimmy Quinn and Tony McBride.

Ward White has just informed me that Billy Murdoch is standing inbetween Kenny and Danny. Didn't notice him at all
Didn't get McLuskey (and I should have :brickwall: ) nor Ian Hall.

Interesting Jock has Stevie and John Clark to give them the experience - Two of the first that were away.

Stevie Chalmers is down in every Celtic record as being born on Boxing Day 1936 - He is actually a year older and was born on Boxing Day 1935.

Bottom pic - A dignified acceptance that the best team won Timmy - Nothing to see there just move on.

The league flags above the Jungle.....
A old pal of mine living in Malcolm St at the time (CP1 Holy ground) climbed up and grabbed one of them, had it up in his bedroom wall, well he did the last time i was down visiting him in Nottingham for a Celtic Game.

Wonder if he ever did the right thing and returned it?
