I loved my "Holy Ground" record and every faithful Celtic supporter should own a copy. :worthy: Yes, there was also a "Rangers" version (same singers??? ). I recall as a young lassie placing the Celtic record inside the Rangers sleeve (of a Rangers supporting relative :naught: ) prior to a "family party". He got quite a shock when he played the record at thon mainly bluenose supporting gathering. Jings....the memories. I was a real wild thing back in the 60's. ;)

Got that as a present from my Godmother along with my first hoops.

In my wee world, I imagined the songs were all sung by the Lisbon Lions. :)

Love the pics of the players on London Road after training.
Used to be a regular site.....with irn bru ( glass bottles) and even hot pies .
Think TB was the last first team player I can remember still walking back from Barrowfield.
When I was at school at Govan we used to get a bus most weeks to go and play football.

Used to pass by Ibrox and invariably the huns would be walking over to the Albion to go training and we would be giving them pelters.

To be fair most of them just laughed but some of them 'waved' back in similar fashion. Tommy McLean you know who you are....

We gave it, they gave it back. Big deal.

Jeez if that happened these days it would be front page of the papers :(

When did life change......?
