The only details I had for that was that it said it was 1971. Was wondering if it could possibly be the Ibrox Disaster game. It could possibly be a Scottish Cup Semi. Will check to see if Jinky scored in a semi final in 1971.
Was it not pretty miserable the day of the disaster ,it looks pretty light aswell considering we scored so late in the game.
That's what I thought as well. Doubt it can be that game.

I don't even think it is Ibrox.

If you look at the fans in the stand to the left, they are celebrating, suggesting they are Celtic fans.i think it is Parkhead, looking at the corner of the Celtic end and the front of the old main stand terracing.

However, I bow to older posters on this one. Was there a fence like that between the Celtic end and the stand back then?...

We had part of their main stand enclosure too, at the time.

Wild guess is September 1971, 3-2 us and this is Jinky's last minute headed winner?

This pic is on the wiki. 14/8/71 Ibrox and the wee man has just opened the scoring at the Celtic end.

Three minutes later Dalglish rattled in a penalty and it was all over.

Thanks for that st anthony. Saw on the wiki page for 1971 that that particular game was a home game so I didn't bother checking it.

Yes, it's definitely Ibrox. I can see that now.

I was getting the ends mixed up.

My guess this is c. 1965? My grandparents were from Kilsyth and ardent Celtic fans; if there was a social occasion in the town involving ra Sellick they would have been there. (Although I'm told nearby Croy was Coatbridge to Larkhall's Kilsyth).
