I would say that's against Killie... possibly Bobby Ferguson in goal? :ponder:

They were much more imaginative about how to pose back then. Standards have slipped.

Would have taken ages to take the picture back then too, probably why they are sitting comfy

I think it looks more like Campbell Forsyth than Ferguson.

Thought it was too late to be Campbell Forsyth... only because we're wearing the all-green strip, which we wore for the first time against QP away in the the 1965 SC.

EDIT: Just googled the two keepers; that's defo Campbell Forsyth. Well in, mate. :worthy: Is the guy on the left Davie Sneddon?

Looks like the 8-0 game against Aberdeen where Big Yogi scored five goals.
No cant be that game, Yogi wore sandshoes that day, as it was very icey, and that looks like his legs behind the other player.
I was'nt at that game as my mother and her pal took us to the Kelvin Hall carnival that day, my old man getting a child free day at the match, but remember my ma buying me a Times or Citizen on the steps of the Kelvin Hall, with the score being 8-0 and the headlines something like Yogi's sandshoes on ice. That game would have been December or early January as that was when the carnival was in the Kelvin Hall.
Dundee and Falkirk also wore strips like that.

I think the legs might be wee ten-thirty:

Strips for 65/66 here:

Aberdeen

Dundee (note V-collar)

Falkirk (white hooped cuffs)

I'm sticking with the 8-0 game (I was there); I think that might be Ernie Winchester wearing the number 9 for Aberdeen.
