I know that's the Feyenoord Cup, but, need help with the other ones st Anthony.

That's not Gordon McQueen?

Got the uefa cup, Nottingham game, the Everton game and obviously a Jack Charlton testimonial, who is the moustachioed bloke?
It is Gordon McQueen and his obscenely short shorts.

Guy with the tash is Allan hunter of Ipswich,
Cheers, can see Portman road now, plus if you zoom in on the pic, you can make out Alan Brazils do

Shamrock rovers? I'm not sure of the ground possibly milltown :ponder:
Plus looking at the trackside sponsor Mcnamara construction?

What game is this?

I can see what looks like the hun end at Hampden, the Hampden goals with black stanchions, a smallish crowd, Wee Jinky leaping for a ball, Vic Davidson watching, and 4-5 sundry Airdrieonians.

I have searched through my archives and cannot find any game that matches these up - the nearest that I can find is:

Dryburgh Cup First Round - July 27th 1974 - Broomfield Park (but it looks like the hun end at Hampden :ponder: )

Airdrieonians 2 Celtic 4 (Johnstone, Murray, Lennox (pen), Wilson)

Connaghan, P.McCluskey, Brogan (McGrain), Murray, McNeill, Callaghan, Johnstone, Wilson, Hood, Davidson (McNamara), Lennox

If it's not that game, the only one I can find where Jinky played against Airdie at Hampden was 1967 League Cup Semi, but that was before Vic Davidson's time.

Help!

I reckon it is Broomfield, based on this aerial pic showing the layout of the ground:

Scottish Cup semi-final about 71 i think. We beat them in a replay after a 3-3 draw.Think a young Dalglish played in the replay & Airdrie had the likes of Drew Busby & Drew Jarvie playing for them at the time.

You're quite right - it was the first game 3-3, Davidson was number 10, but didnt play in the replay.

Broomfield was a tip. Exits were far too small for a decent sized crowd to get out safely
