More like the 1922-23 season.

Eck McNair would have been the only one in the line-up that played for us in 1905, Paddy Connolly would have only been 4.
McMaster was reincarnated as Skippy.

Are you sure that's 1905 as Patsy is in it and he didn't join until 1911?
Relied on the caption on the site which had the pic... mea culpa. :(

Mark McGhee shouldn't have been allowed to pay into Parkhead after the 84 SCF never mind signing him.

Wouln't have touched him with a bargepole.

Long memory CSC

Wee Willie Crilly is the clue to the answer, signed by us in May from Alloa and went back to them in September 1922, ended up playing his football in America were he became one of the most prolific scorers in world football scoring over 1000 goals.

Find it amazing that wee Willie Crilly's name is well known by most Celtic fans who know their history yet he only played 3 games for us and actually only played football for us for a month scoring no goals.

Edit] i think he scored on the 1922 tour of Czechoslovakia/Germany

My personal favourites were the green top with pinstripes and white shorts in around 1982 to 1984 as worn against Ajax away, and the reversed one - white with green pinstripes and green socks.

Actually, I loved the 1986 Love Street strip too.an absolute classic, thankfully recorded for history, as that day was so unique and special.

Our away strips have been from the sublime like above, to the ridiculous like the mint cornetto as detailed earlier in the thread.

Not seen that one myself, Glasgow Cup 68.

Celtic beat Clyde 8-1. Deidco withdrew from the cup that year too many commitments but really wanted to stop us from winning the league and getting 3 in a row.
