Nope.
1971 replay as Evan Williams is the goalie.
Would that not have still been in daylight, seeing as it would be in late April? :ponder:

EDIT: Just checked - replay was on 12 May 1971; sunset was at 9:14 pm (I know... sad!!!!). With a 7:30 pm KO - possibly delayed - and injury time and the ceremonials, it would conceivably be as dark as it is that pic. In short: 1971 it is!!!

103,000 there that night.
North Enclosure for me about twenty steps up from the corner flag.
Won 2-1 and Celtic players scored all three goals.
Pity no lap of honour because of that mob.
Still singing and dancing at Hampden passes a May evening.

Think this a pre-season friendly from '68, Leeds won 2-1.

The guy next to the goalie looks a wee bit like Willie Wallace. Is it Raith Rovers?

Remember taunting the proddy school across Airgold Drive the morning after.. I also pestered a Celtic player for his autograph that lived on the same street at the time.

The Champions heading off to the Continent.

Struggling to pick out the players under those hats/bunnets although a few of the travelling party are easily recognisable, Anybody want to have a go?

Brilliant picture FLC.
Chairman James Kelly second from the right, Willie Maley 3rd from the left, Chairman to be Tom White at the very back centre, Willie Quinn the trainer is the tall ghuy at the back leftish.
No a lot i can add as that's the ones that jumped out at me.

Colonel Shaughnessy with the glasses standing next to Kelly, Patsy Gallacher with light suit holding the coat and what looks like a hooped Celtic tie (a few have similar) Adam McLean smoking the pipe, say that only because i know he smoked one.

Patsy g is the obvious choice for the wee ghuy boss but im no even sure. See theres a ghuy smaller than him to his left!
Owny seen a pic of shaughnessy as skinnier and older but you mite be right there flc.
Either that or its the hotel manager!
