Quoting limited to 3 levels deepPosted Image
Believe it or not the main stand was not strictly segregated back then.
Have been in it once, 1986 Glesga Cup Final 2-3, the first game Sounness appeared after we had won the league at Love St, he came out at KO into the directors box with his wife, queue the Celtic support - ''Graeme Sounness' wifes a Tim'', can remember sitting on the aisle, some crowd that night
I was also at that game in the enclosure. I mind Tom Mcadam was in the tier above wearing what can only be described as a commentators jacket. My first huns game i think.

AC Milan, when Caesar sold the jerseys. :nono:

Have to admit that Rivera and Schnellinger were different class for them that night. Seem to remember that Haller* might also have been on their books, but I don't think he played at CP.

*... or was is Kurt Hamrin? :ponder:

Re the picture of Paul Wilson at Ibrox. I remember being at a game where I was in the lower tier of that stand. I'm sure that it was all Celtic fans. Maybe the other end of the lower tier was hun. Certainly the upper tier was all hun as that picture seems to show. You had to beware of missiles and spittle as I recall.

I was in that stand at 4-4 game and one about 79 1-1 Bobby Lennox scored about
a minute after big fat dj, we got at least a quarter of it then.

I recently had the great honour of being given a few photos from May 26 1967; the small matter of the European Cup being paraded at Celtic Park :) There are many higher quality shots out there, and plenty of newspaper clippings (of which I have more than a few), but these are from the perspective of the supporters in the crowd. There it was for all to see – the Big Cup.

Champions of Europe.
