You'd have played in that game at Yoker then.

The one where one of the players plucked out the corner flag and play continued whilst he was carrying it.

Believe it or not the main stand was not strictly segregated back then.

The youngster crouched down in the middle to the left of Sean is George Stein - Jock's son and the only member of Jock's own immediate family still alive :( excepting the grandson.

The Beechwood in those days was run by Pat Harkins - Marina his daughter sometimes worked in there as a waitress - Kenny nipped her and she is nowadays Mrs.Dalglish.

Jock lived up the road from the Beechwood and quite often held his meetings in their lounge.

Have been in it once, 1986 Glesga Cup Final 2-3, the first game Sounness appeared after we had won the league at Love St, he came out at KO into the directors box with his wife, queue the Celtic support - ''Graeme Sounness' wifes a Tim'', can remember sitting on the aisle, some crowd that night

Last time we had the main stand was Jan 89 when we lost 4-1...I was in it that day.

When they signed Merde that summer they reduced our allocation to the Broomlaon and it remains that way until today.
