is it graham barclay was it celtics first competitive game on a sunday when they beat clydebank 4-1 in a scottish cup tie some time in the early 70s





Jock signed Graham from Blantyre Vics. Thats not Graham in the picture.
The season after SEVCO also signed the Blantyre Vics goalie. Quite an achievement for a wee team.

Pretty sure that's from a 1-1 draw with Aberdeen (80-81) Big George came on as a sub to equalise. However, I think this celebration was cut short-a winner being mysteriously disalowed for offside...

it was sept 13th 1969 hibs beat celtic 2-1 a crowd of 45,000. jinky opened the scoring for celtic in the first half . hamilton and stanton scored for hibs to give them the victory
