The old 'Ripper' lawn-mower!!!
Hughie Docherty, who was groundsman in the 1960s
Going by the the terracing in the background, I reckon that pic could be from earlier than the 60's... y'know, when summer WAS summer!!!

Pretty certain It's Hibs Otis B ^^ remember the shirt and that point He was at Hibs I'm sure

Won't quote the pic again to avoid clogging the thread
It's the sponsor's logo (and the style of their strip) makes me think it's the Buddies. :hmmm:
He was at Hibs 89-90 pretty sure that our strip there is about 91/92

It's surely Hibs. And the strip we're wearing is definitely the one from 89/90 and 90/91. Oh (not so) happy days! :twitch:

If it was a colour pic, there would be no doubt... but St. Mirren wore a similar red away strip; if we could see the badge, that would clarify matters. :brickwall:

No doubt colour would make things easier. That is definitely the hibs badge from then. Sort of oval shaped with a horizontal bar. You can just make it out

Edit: is that not the Gorams creeping in at the left of the pic too
Frank Graham Group on Hamilton's top were a Hibs sponsor and I agree one of the Gorams is edging into the pic.

Hamilton whilst at Hibs for me.

It's 100% Hibs.

Anyone looking for a diversion at work should check out the historical football kits site:

Hibs kits

St Mirren kits

It's the Hibs 89/91 kit. Coyne signed for us 89.
