It is John McAlinden on the right hand side as you say. It says on the picture that I have that the person on the left is'Celtic Park driver Jimmy Carroll.'

It is John McAlinden on the right hand side as you say. It says on the picture that I have that the person on the left is'Celtic Park driver Jimmy Carroll.'

Edit - The truck that took The Lions round the track was supplied by R D Stewart and John McAlindon drove it.

This was the demolition of the "Hayshed" roof not long before the other pic was taken with the new Jungle roof up.

John McAlindon and his mate are standing in the 15ft of track reclaimed to make the terrace bigger on that side.

Think this is 2-1 league cup win versus Rangers Fc (In administration), when their support showed their usual colours in defeat at the time i.e invaded the pitch to attack the Celts, there's a photo of Tam Gemmell sorting out one of them !
