Sure the attendance was given around the 40,000 mark, check the huns End  Surely the board never ripped off Big Packie on his Testimonial day

I was in the Main Stand, the accordian band standing infront of The Jungle pre match belting out Sean South, BOTOB etc :rocker: The old board were not all bad :ph43r:

Your memory is slipping. The band playing that day was the "Artane Boys Band" from Dublin and they they put on a great show in the club house playing the "Fields" an all.

I was on a visit from Canada and went to the game was a great day to remember. When the band struck up the Flowers of Scotland they got booed and quit playing and then

played the Soldiers Song, this was at the start.
:ponder: How is my memory slipping??

Like I explained the band was The Artane Boys from Dublin, that started out years ago as an orphan school band. There was NO accordian band there that day, sorry.

Great photo of Mr Maley there A!
Also a great photo of Willie Buchan and Johnny Crum who were the scorers in that 1937 Scottish Cup Final when we beat Aberdeen 2-1, over 147,000 watched that match with another 30,000 standing outside

Maley, Buchan, Quinn, Crum and McMenemy

A Very Limited Edition T-Shirt?
It's not that exclusive. Eddie Pearson had one as well.
