No doubt been posted before now but nonetheless it's one of my favourite Celtic images, of my boyhood hero.

edit - quoted the wrong photo :brickwall:
I was in that melee behind the maestro ,i have the full game on tape a wee bit jumpy
the last time i watched it [15 year ago  ] but one of my best days watching the hoops .
I was in there as well that day. Back then I always went to the enclosure when we were at Ibrox.

Never the captain, never one of the stars of the era and never one in the spotlight.

But Jim Brogan was a leader of men and how I wish the current crop had someone remotely like him :worthy: :worthy: :worthy:

"Brogie's :worthy: gonna get ye" was on the go long before Bobo came along.

Hard as nails was Brogan and fought for everything when wearing a Celtic jersey.

I remember that game well LB. 2 down at Pittodrie after 15 minutes and we fought back to win 3-2 with Johnny C leading the charge.

That game was played on the 10th anniversary of Jock Stein's passing.

The day before Radio Clyde did a tribute which ended with YNWA. The tears were pouring out of me ;)

Big Jock would have been proud of Johnny and the team that day.

Was that the one he scored with the outside of the left boot ?
