One of my favourite away games in the season that I really started going to all the games. 2-1 win at Fir Park, McStay the both, the second a penalty...the picture above shows the Motherwell goalie going mental at LPM for this award.

This game was also memorable because I was caught by Sportscene cameras shouting abuse at Andy Walker after he had just equalised for Motherwell to make it 1-1 just before half-time.

Haha - I think my mum was up for stopping me going to football after that - she never succeeded

If its the motherwell 77 photo its Joe Craig and the no 9 in the thistle 83 photo is possibly Brian McClair.

Calton, Ex Celt Davie Kenny is the other Thistle player. Brian McClair is wearing 'Patrick' boots, made famous by Kevin Keegan in the 80's.

I had a Peter Kenny in my head but think I was mixing him up with Peter Mackie (the hair maybe  ) hence I was unsure and wrong. :(

Posted on behalf of Lincolnbhoy. From 1988 despite the old shirt. Also note it's Alex Mathie not McEwan as stated.
