I mind someone in the Green Brigade had a banner saying 'Celtic OK' in reference to an old banner like that, possibly from Lisbon. Anyone got a pic of the original?

Here's the 'new' version: https://theshamrockglasgow.wordpress.com/banners/celtic-ok/
dunno if theres a still image of it, its definitely in the video of Lisbon

Green brigade banner had Two charachters on it one in black and
white with a bunnet on (representing older supporters I think ) and a younger
looking one for today's fans holding aloft a flag with Celtic OK on it ,looked excellent.

Spoiler: click to toggle
I'm sure this photo has been flipped,as I can remember standing the floodlight on the right at the Celtic end and as the tackle was made you could hear the crunch of Frank Beatties leg break! Anyone else recall this incident? Everyone around that area was sure it was Jinky who was injured.
No I think the picture is correct as I remember it.
I was in the Jungle and you could hear the crack there. I've never heard anything like it at a game.
As you say, we all thought it was Jinky's leg, but were happy to find out differently.
It was a horrible challenge and the the thought was that Beattie tried to do Jinky and he 'protected' himself.

I was at the game as well, and the incident was definitely at the right wing at the rangers end as shown in the pic.

Ha ha! Nope.

I imagine he took me to the game, though I don't remember it.

I DO remember being with him in The Shed (the old United fans end) in March(?) 1980, when we got gubbed 3-0. Had to hide my scarf under my parka.

Love the pics from that era even though the team where pretty gash that year I
very rarely missed a game and we always had a big away support ,I always try
and find someone off our bus in the crowd .
