Could look at these for ages and keep finding things that make me smile.
The hand that belongs to some guy who has obviously done a diving header on his way to the game made me laugh (back left, in front of Jesse Owens man)
The thing I find striking about the picture is the lassie in the centre about 2/3s of the way back.I hadnt noticed her until G.R. pointed her out.Now she totally dominates it for me.To me she looks out of place, reminds me of the mad time traveler pics you see....the ones of somebody on a mobile while standing next to Queen Victoria.Once you see her, youll always be drawn to her.
That's what I noticed too!

At first I never noticed her. Once I did she's mesmerising!

Again, she'd be in her late teens there and would be over 60 now.

Bizarre to think that she's captured for fleeting posterity in her youth.

Wonder where she is now...

CELTIC FANS OVERSPILL AT AIRDRIE
Was this the Drybrough Cup game in 1974?

We won 4-2, Denis Connaghan threw the ball into the net for their second.

I was at this game.

Place was mobbed, bloody scary.

Airdrie used to fly the onion flag from their wee pavillion in the corner.
