Stanton was Ferguson's assistant at Aberdeen for a while.
Correct. He was assistant for the season they won the league in 79/80.

That was the Anderlecht away game on the train to Brussels when Paisley and Paisley Junior were outed as undercover Uber Tims.
Either that or they were going to the European parliament in Brussels.

Can ye imagine Gerry Adams on the same train full of huns?

Donnelly scoring at Old Trafford in a 3-1 win at the end of the 93-94 season, the night Tommy Burns was sounded out about the managers job at Celtic so it is said.
Chic Charnley played in the hoops that night as well.
