Cheers Elvis.

Check the nick of the Hayshed roof which went up in 1929, was held together by rust, with more patched repair work than original material by the looks of it and this was a decade before it was torn down in 66.

Am I right in saying this was called the Bing Crosby strip or is that an urban myth?
Why the Bing Crosby strip?

Barney McGee, was a left back at the time of Mark Reid, Graeme Sinclair, Brian Whittaker, Jim McInally, I think McGee went on loan to Cumbernauld Juniors around 83 or 84.
thank you Videocelts for the info

I was gutted when he went to Partick - I was looking forward to his testimonial! Don't think he appeared for Partick either. He was one of the Bash Street Kids reserve team (captain, I think) who lost 7-1 at tannadice...
