Joe Craig?

Change o mind bottom right more like Jim Casey with Craig 2 along.
Thinking two along (3rd in from the right) is Mike Conroy.

Assuming this is the TMWTL squad from 1978/79 a few I am still not sure of -

Joe Craig left for Blackburn early in the season so assuming again he isn't in it - Casey and Glavin were still around and involved as was Mackie to a lesser extent and I am not 100% which one is meant to be Murdo.

Guy between Filippi and Davidson could be Casey - I think Murdo would have to be in it so is he a very poor caricature in the bottom right?

Over to st.a and the experts?

heres my stab... prob wrong!!
Latchford, Lynch, Aitken, McDonald, McGrain
Edvaldsson, Casey, Sneddon, Davidson,Provan, McCluskey
Doyle, Lennox,Burns, Conroy, McAdam, MacLeod

I wonder if the "artist" (a-hem) used this squad photo as "inspiration"... same number of players! swap Sullivan for Lynch!

Having beaten st Etienne 4-0 and red star 5-1 at Celtic park we were expected to knock out ac milan after drawing in the San siro.I think we would have won the European cup if we had.We would certainly have beaten Man U in the semi final. We really could have ,and should have, won the European cup 2 or 3 times and were cheated out of winning the cup winners cup by a Belgium referee in 1966.
Why was Sir Bobby playing at number 10 that night?

Bertie injured so Bobby went to 10 with Jim Brogan coming in at right half/

Just finished his book again and it would not be amiss to say that he deserves to be spoken of as a true Celtic Legend.

Ronnie & Johnny, if they spent less time gazing at each other and more time focussing on the team, we might solve our striking problem :boik:
