Not at all the record cup final defeat is actually held by a Glasgow team, their name escapes me now, the don't exist anymore, it was the 1957 League Cup final, I sure you might find something on the wiki about it :thumbsup:

Well curiosity got the better of me and I looked that 7-1 game up, turns out we played that team again in 1969 and stuffed another four past them, so that's 11 in two games, but I have to concede that we put one more past Hibs in those two early 70s finals.

We had a few good 'uns, plenty average and a whole heap of dross. European results will bear this out as the truth. :(
