Not sure who Hibbee in background is possibly Cropley?
Could be wee Edwards ?

Just went for Cropley as inside left position. :( ;)
Think it looks more like Edwards than Cropley. I'd also plump for Des Bremner (very far right) rather than Black. Loved the early 70's games against Hibs.

It must have been a freezing night; is that straw on the pitch? I'll take a punt at Queen of the South; could be Allan Ball in goal.

EDIT: Mibbes naw:

Falkirk :ponder:
I think so.

When I was wee and couldn't get anyone to take me to the Celtic games my dad used to take me to Brockville and my favourite Falkirk player was their goalkeeper, Willie Whigham. That looks like him.

Looks like Willie Whigham in goal; he and Tubby Ogston are the earliest keepers I remember wearing trackie bottoms.

He first wore them against Aberdeen at CP in 1964/65; he scored five in an 8-0 reaming. The following season we beat them 7-1 at CP. Plus ça change, 'n'at.

To have 3 Scottish forwards of that standard these days would be a miracle.
