One of the first pictures I posted on here was of one of these buses and I have to admit to a being stunned by the fact that this color scheme was allowed by the powers to be. How would any self respecting hun get on a bus with those colours :ponder:
The colour scheme was changed in the early 80s to, of course, orange all over.
They stayed that way for many, many years.
Make of that what you will.
Meanwhile in Edinburgh the buses are maroon and white for some reason.
Now that's a surprise :lol:
The surprise is that on really staunch routes they don't have purple or black buses.

One of the Maestro's finest 90 minutes, he was incredible that day, but Walker and McAvennie were awful!
Still one of the best ever feelings when McGhee equalised, actually better than when Walker hit the winner.

With the new hair anything could happen :boik: Just about to post another picture when I had to answer the door to a government local election candidate, the minute he saw me in a Celtic shirt he turned around without even asking for a preference :lol:
