I'm only seeing Johnny Campbell, Dan Friel and Barney Battles here.
Guy front right with tache is J K McDowall long time sec of the SFA. Therefore is it a Glasgow Select playing in Black and white hoops?
That would be a good shout Ged if the Glasgow select did play in the hoops, do you know if they did?

If CI is right and that defo is Barney Battles it could well be from the annual match they played against the Sheffield FA

Its been recorded that Battles played for the Glasgow FA against them in 1902, the 1901-02 match was played at Shawfield and the 1902-03 at Bramall Lane.

Both Campbell (1890-1903) and Battles (1895-1904) had 2 stints at Celtic with both playing for Scotland in the 1900 Rosebery match against England at Celtic Park.

Glasgow Select v Shieffield in mid 1890s in verticle stripes. Another good one of Dan Doyle at back right.

Shawfield's new stand in 1898.
11th September 1901 at Shawfield was the Glasgow v Sheffield match FLC suggests.
Couple of trees in this sketch too.
