Don't think Joe McBride was still at CP at the time of the Ibrox disaster -might be wrong though!

the Celticwiki has it as 1966-08-17: Celtic 6-0 Clyde, League Cup, celticwiki no mention of the black armbands reason though

Joe was with Celtic from 1956-68; opposition looks like Clyde - if so, then these are the only two possible games in that time frame:

11 September 1965: League - 2-1

17 August 1966: LC - 6-0.

NB: Joe never played against Clyde at CP in the Glasgow Cup
