Fantastic picture of the old Jungle.

It must be from the 3-1 win in October 1988, because in the only other derby game McAvennie played at Celtic Park he scored both and ran to the Jungle both times.
April 88 v Dundee 3-0 Championship winning day !!
Jeez!! So it is! I thought that was the hun!

So somewhere in the background is me getting crushed to bits. Ace.

That's the second goal.

I didn't invade the pitch at the final whilstle but I did walk across it to get out on the London Road side after the team had finished the lap of honour.

My (possibly flawed) recollection is that the Buzz's leg break was at the Celtic end and in an evening game - possibly the night Joe Craig scored?

I thought it was the year before, when was Sean was in charge whilst Jock recovered from the car crash.

Wow! This takes me back.

My first time up the Celtic end at Ibrox (had been in the enclosure once with my dad) for Deidco game. The atmosphere was amazing and I can still picture Joe's goal. My dad wouldn't let me go to OF game on my own till I was 16. Scary coming down those steep stairway at vack of Celtic end but what a sing-song on supporters bus home

None of us are too old for a good snowball fight, and footballers are no exception. Above, Celtic's Willie Fernie, Eric Smith and Bobby Collins are seen throwing snowballs during training in 1958

This has always been one of my favourite pics - I should get it put my Christmas cards for next year! but even more poignant with Bobby Collins now :worthy:

A fair tackle in Scottish football, Tommy is illegally outplaying him which is in fact foul against him.
