Forgive the size but I found this still on my HDD yesterday. Is it Dick Beattie giving the seven goal sign after the '57 LCF win? I havn't seen this before.
Apparently he got into bother for doing that.

Helenvale, where I've read that the first team trained, was this on those actual bowling greens or after they were re devoloped for want of a better word?

Elvis , Helenvale' astro is at the back - the building that runs the whole length behiond the bowlin greens was the old stand when they put down the astro

The bowling club is still there; many Tims use it for pre-match drinks. You can see Parkhead bus garage at the back of the pic, with the football park on the left.

Alan Mahood was signed by Brian Clough for Forest (from Morton) and then back to Morton before Kilmarnock bought him.

Kenny Dalglish signed Stan for us in 99 (not giving Barnes the credit for that)
