Thats what it says GU, I don't have sufficient knowledge myself to be honest, we got very little visual Celtic news back then, every two weeks we used to get a video tape of highlights from a couple of matches and my dad used to take me to a crowded pub to see the forty minutes. That was the extent of what we got to see over in Ireland for much of the 70's/80's.
Im just going with the strip doesn't look like a Thistle strip [although they had a red one wi yellow cllar]
it looks like Muirton [St Johnston ]to me although there is at least a dozen Scottish grounds it could be.
Need the true experts in the goalie could be the giveaway.
I would defer to you and the other lads on this :thumbsup:

Liam do you thnk its Thiste though? the keeper has thrown me as Roughie seemed to be
in goals for them forever.

I asked the question on the drybrugh cup thread about this. I had a distinct memory of being at Firhill playing against St.Johnstone. I think we were 2-1 down in this.
