Can anyone identitfy the players in this pic for the grandson of a fomer player:

Looks like more or less the team that beat Motherwell in the 1931 Scottish Cup Final

not sure about a few but heres my shout

?, McStay, J.Thomson, Geatons, McGonagle, Wilson
Maley, A.Thomson, Scarff, McGrory, Napier, ?, McMenemy

Edit] Would say player at the end front row Robert Thomson
I think you've got some right but also some wrong.

I agree with your back row, but I also don't know the player on the left.

Front - Paddy Connolly, Peter Scarff, Jimmy McGrory, Charlie Napier, Peter Kavanagh

Dont think any of the others are Celtic players, guy with the hat 2nd left looks familiar, its at mordor so must be a few huns in that pic

That's definitely Paddy Connolly sitting in the front row next to Maley. It isn't Bertie Thomson. Nor is it Alec Thomson.

I think it looks a bit like James Kelly but I don't think it is him. :ponder:
