Rooney, yeah he's good but I would have him as a substitute and so forth. For us, chance would be a fine thing!

There's a lot of world class players, and Rooney is one of them- but I wouldn't put him in my starting XI. He'd make the bench though.

Member Member #18,969 Joined: 1 May 2008	4-3-3 buffon anyukov vidic carvalho evra iniesta essien xavi ronaldo drogba messi very hard to pick a right-back, there are not a lot of great ones out there at present. zambrotta is getting on a bit, lahm (who is right footed but can play either side) has had a bad year and sagna isn't always totally convincing. i've gone for aleksandr anyukov because he has been superb literally every time i've seen him play for russia or zenit.
