So it's all about one one-upmanship then? Interesting.
It's about decency and respect.

You have the right to disagree.

You do not have the right to disrupt everyone else's tribute.
They, however they are do have the right.

Where is the reputation being sullied?
:brickwall:
Tell me as if your talking to forrest gump then?

If you mean in the Scottish rags, then fair play. Nothing new. Out with that what significance can this ever have on Celtic fc?
Well, I'll just echo what others have said throughout this thread when I say that it's not just the newspapers who would chastise the club, and quite rightly so should supporters disrespect the silence, but thousands of people up and down the country who'll see the game live on TV will form a very negative opinion of the club, for reasons that are totally obvious.

It's not that hard to understand, surely.

And there it was, the silence interrupted live on national TV and radio by a couple of absolute morons. And the reaction? 'Scum, scum, scum' chanted at our supporters. Negative outcome? Never.

Heard loud and clear on the radio. David Begg did clarify that it was fans outside but still :nono:

I think Sky turned down the volume. You could hear it being put up again at the end of the 'silence'.

Does anyone actually care if it was/wasn't observed?

Commentator on RS was at pains to point out that the minutes silence was impeccably observed and that the noise was from the fans who chose not to come into the
stadium

Sky microphones were only in the ground. Yet RS managed to pick up the sounds from outside the ground to make it sound like it was inside the ground.

Why would RS then say it was impeccably observed inside the ground.
