Probably in Chelsea's case, because they are very closely monitored and probably some of them barred from travelling, when their own team is playing Europe.

WE all know that the huns have latched onto Hamburg, but it really bugs me that no-one is reporting these facts, but hardly surprising. Knowing that there would probably be this type of bother was the deciding factor in not going.
