Who was the co-commentator on Celtic TV?
It's been someone called Tony for friendlies before tonight. Never got second name. He was dreadful, so I assume it's him again.
Won't be Tony Watt, can't see it being Tony Shepherd. Tony who?

Great result despite the defence being a bit dodgy at times. Had to listen to the first half on the radio ont the way home from work, they made it out that they were very dangerous going forward. Made the pub at half time and my mates were saying they're one of the worst teams we've played at this stage. Radio Scotland getting a bit over excited everytime they crossed the halfway line by the sounds of it.

First time I've seen the new strip in a game, it's absolutely howling! Those socks make it look like a Shamrock Rovers or Yeovil strip. That is not a Celtic strip, the socks looked all green.

Tell you what, it makes a hell of a difference going into these games with two shampoo-hot strikers, doesn't it? Remember last season fretting about Griffiths' fitness and contrast it to Dembele and Eddy utterly dominating the Armenian backline today. Genuinely wonderful to behold, and what a contrast!

Much better result than I thought it was going to be for long periods of the game. My new Android box was buffering like a bassa every 20 second or so and I was getting more pissed off by the minute. I was starting to fear the worst before the second went in but, looking back, it's as comfortable a win as we could have hoped for. :)

Well done, bhoys!

Thought Morgan, Tierney and Eduoard were good.

Brown doesn't look 100% fit.

Disappointed with Sinclairs cameo appearance. Thought he would have been more effective against lower level opposition, fresh start to the season etc. Hopefully next game. He was decent in the qualifiers last year.

Is that Jack Hendry broke his curse?
Thought they looked very dangerous on the counter at times but we did really well in that heat to win so comfortably. Even so early on in the season, our fitness levels were fantastic.

As soon as I looked at the team my only worry was Hendry. Is he going to be one of those players that a manager can see the good in yet most of the rest of us can't.

Bit harsh, I know, but when you're depserate for Lustig to come back already ... :ph43r:

Would have been happy with a 1-0 win

3-0 is a bonus

Well done to the team

Don't know whether I should dare say this on here, but I thought Hendry played well. There I said it. :Bye:

Edit: I should say I kept losing the picture on Celtic tv, so I might have missed some poor play by Jack.

Excellent result and credit to the management team and the players for hitting the ground running in a competitive fixture at this ludicrously early stage of the season. Or close season, to be more accurate. Very well done in these circumstances.

But sevco flew EasyJet or some such company. Mixing with the people, because they are the People. I’m sure their players won’t look at our flight plans and be even slightly envious.

Perfect result for the tie and at this time of the year in that intense weather with the travelling thrown in. I think our experience in playing these kinds of ties at the very start of the season in far flung 'Europe' is starting to show through in these games. The staff seem to approach it in a very professional manner with nothing left to chance anymore, very well done everyone involved.

I'm not 100% convinced by the 3 at the back with our current defence (Hendry seemed ok but nothing beyond that and Jozo doesn't look as good as he should be) and midfield. I just get the feeling that if we faced a team with pace in the wings and a dominating striker we'd lose a few goals quite easily. I hope I'm wrong as that is kind of how a lot of teams play against us anyway...

Our firepower is unreal though so maybe the idea is to score 1 or 2 more than we concede rather than keep it safe at the back. Could be fun. Lewis Morgan also impressed me as well as the usual McGregor highlights.
