Good result to kick off with, given the travel and heat. Some good goals, and decent play along the way. Bit dodgy looking at the back at times, but it's early days yet.

Would be looking for a few goals next week.

Good professional performance. No injuries and minimal exertion.

Morgan looked like he might have something to offer. Quick and direct.

Would've been happy with a draw and no injuries considering the weather so delighted to win 3-0

Morgan looked lively. Really direct and willing to use his pace. Hope we don't loan him out. Wish Sinclair would play more like that instead of the slow dancing on his tip toes thing he does so often.

Great result.

Performance was pretty pedestrian but I guess that is to be expected.

Hopefully we are working on improving our defense.

Fantastic result and a professional performance. Hopefully that result will allow us to change it slightly next week to ease the players back in.

Bit unprofessional allowing all our French players to get ready early for the semi final.

Delighted with that.

Didn’t think think we’d have any problems over 2 legs, but thought tonight would be tricky.

We’re only going to get better too.

Job done. Manager will be delighted with that.

At least Rosenborg won’t be as warm.

Watching Calum's goal there has me thinking are we wrong to make Ajer a centre half instead of some kind of midfielder?

He is a marauding centre half. Ideal for taking the pressure off when required.

Given how Hendry and Jozo played he’s absolutely essential at centre half.

Great result all things considered.

Minor gripe is my niece and her wee pal came to 'watch' it all Celtic kitted up. Played out the back when we were on and ran in to watch the goals. Now tuned into the World Cup game

Probably as good as we’ve been at this early stage over the years which is encouraging with a long qualification process ahead.

The defence had a few wobbly moments but we looked good going forward.

Can maybe rest a few next week and keep them fresh for more difficult opponents.
