Might sacrifice a striker if Griff is injured for the game to but i would still have two attacking players upfront to keep the same formation
Dembele and Sinclair

Same starting line up as the friendly today I think Not the best start to our season. It would have been better if everyone was fit and were omitted due to selection rather than an injury.
CROCK STARS Celtic duo Leigh Griffiths and Marvin Compper are injury doubts for Alashkert tie but Brendan Rodgers expects Scott Brown to make Champions League qualifier Griffiths and Compper both missed the Hoops' 7-0 win over Shamrock Rovers while Brown was substituted at half-time
Spoiler: click to toggle By Gareth Law BRENDAN RODGERS admits he’s tempted to unleash his twin towers against Alashkert. Celtic defender Marvin Compper could miss the trip to Armenia after being crocked for the 7-0 smashing of Shamrock Rovers. But the Hoops boss watched French front pairing Moussa Dembele and Odsonne Edouard run the Irish side ragged. Dembele grabbed one and Edouard hit a double in a one-sided 90 minutes. It wasn’t the first time Rodgers has strayed from his more usual 4-2-3-1 formation and played two up front during this pre-season. As he searches for more goals this term he admits he might use the revamped system in their Champions League first qualifying round clash in Armenia on Tuesday. Rodgers said: “We’ve played it before. It’s a system I’m doing more preparation with. “We have the personnel for it, especially when teams are sat in. “In the first half against Shamrock Rovers in particular you could see the numbers we had pouring forward and the speed. “There are still things I need to iron out with it but we are very aggressive and very fast. “Odsonne is such a clever player and he has everything. Moussa has strength and power. “I think the combination within the system really works well for us. You see how they combine and the running off the ball. “We want to get back to scoring more goals. That was one of the key items we looked at when discussing our goals for this year. “It’s not necessarily about having two strikers because we normally play with three in a different way. “It’s about getting that aggression in attack and I’ve been really pleased with that over pre-season. “The idea is to get through over the two legs. The conditions will obviously be more challenging for us. “But at this stage in the season we couldn’t be better prepared.” Rodgers expects skipper Scott Brown to make the flight to Yerevan after he was on the end of some rough stuff in Dublin. Brown was subbed at the break but Rodgers isn’t concerned. But German defender Compper and striker Leigh Griffiths will now be given until the last minute to make the trip. Rodgers said: “Scott is okay. He had a niggle when we were away in Austria. “It flared up a little bit. It was similar to last year when he came off but he should – and hopefully will – be fine for Tuesday. “It’s a little issue behind his knee. It’s nothing overly serious and it just stiffened up. “At this point in the season I always say to the players we are here to develop our fitness so not to take any risk with injuries. “In another game he would probably have played on but there was no point risking it. “Leigh and Marvin were injured so they didn’t travel to Ireland. Hopefully they will come with us but we will see when we go back.” Callum McGregor also netted twice against Rovers, with Scott Sinclair and Lewis Morgan on the scoresheet too. Rodgers – who threw on ten subs in one go midway through the second half – added: “It was a very good exercise for us. “We love bringing the team to the supporters here. In terms of what we are looking for at this stage of the season it was the perfect game. “We played two teams and for the first 65 minutes s we were really strong with good pace and movement. “We defended very aggressively. There are one or two areas we need to develop in terms of the shape we are playing. “We replaced that team with a younger team that was very dynamic. “We go into the European game at the best possible level we can be. You look at the players and their running and I’m very pleased. “Callum must be one of the most underrated players I’ve ever known with his ability to keep the ball but also to break the lines and score. “With his first goal you see his speed to get in then the finish. Then there was desire off Moussa’s strike, which might have gone wide, to slide in and get his second goal. “He is a super player and a talented player who can play in many positions.” https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/2897031/celtic-leigh-griffiths-marvin-compper-alashkert-brendan-rodgers-scott-brown/
