Online Celtic Factions 2018:

Sellick Da (the Middle England of the Celtic support. 99% Gammon)
Sexxxy Ghirls (Substituting difficult relationship with real dad for difficult relationship with online Sellick Das)
Young Team (Buckfast; flares)
Un Corp de Celtique (flat white-drinking jessies, disapprove of New Balance deal)
Curtain Twitchers (90% content is hun related; see also Mickileaks)
The Demented (General headcases)
Baws. I have myself in Pot 4.
Pot 4 for myself also although flat white is so last year. It's all about the cortado.

I do have my very own Celtic Da though whose whole wardrobe is proudly green, loves those fake printed tops and sharing terrible photoshops  . We just let him get on with it.
I just bought a 1992 Ford Peoples home top ( in XXL of course). I already had the rather boggin' away one. In a move of great irony and Celtic da hilarity, I am getting 'Cascarino' on the back of one and 'Slater' on the other. How cool am I?

Quoting limited to 3 levels deepthose who introduce themselves by their twitter handle in real life.
KDS did that in about 2005. :ph43r:
always leading, never following.

I actually recall going to the first ever KDS meet up and having to approach a table of complete strangers saying "hello, I'm fatboab"
Fortunately it was the right table.
Even more disconcerting when you don't even know anyone there.
I'm fairly sure I was at that meet up too.
Was a fine night if I recall, eventually...

Have we mentioned the recent upsurge in the amount of people wearing "fake" tops.

Now I don't mean a set of hoops that you picked up for €10 in Santa Ponsa that's meant to look like the real thing but has the badge on the wrong side and is the wrong shade of green.

I'm talking about the proliferation of absolutely hideous looking tops that may have the badge, sponsor and even the SPFL badges but then have a picture of Broony or Brendan Rodgers along with a few quotes. Absolutely awful things and I'm not sure what type of person looks at one of them and thinks it looks good. There's an equally dreadful range of Irish Republican ones knocking about too.

Had a quick look for some examples - these are far from the worst but best I could find in a few mins searching....

Example 1

Example 2
Got a picture of a guy wearing one of these at a game a few weeks ago. Had a list of players names on the back and each name had a single letter coloured in orange to spell out "Four Leaf Clover" :boik:
I know - I saw that myself...

I remember a feature in NTV called 'They Embarrassed The Hoops'... a few of those would definitely make the list.

Don’t forget the Sellick Granda’s who can’t pronounce foreign player’s names

“That Chi is a rare player” “The French boy”

“Ntcham?”

“Aye, him”
Neet-chum.
I sometimes wonder what's going on when the manager himself can't get this sort of thing right.
There's a complete (and in my crazy opinion) disrespectful disconnect that means this kind of thing can happen.
Fair dues, sometimes the manager may need to have to do some media work about a new signing etc - before he's been handed this kind of info, but I mean, Ntcham had been here for a wee while when Brendan came out with the Neecham pish.

And let's not forget, Tam Rogic, scorer of one of our most important goals in recent times, and our manager, and if memory serves, others connected with the club still can't get his name right.

It's a pet peeve of mine...

The Irish must take 97% responsibility for those monstrosities. If the Barry McGuigan moustaches or the bootcut jeans aren't a big enough giveaway - as soon as you see someone with one of those horrors on you might as well just jump straight into the, "So, whereabouts in Ireland are you over from mate?" question.

They also seem to be disproportionately responsible for the awful, dreadful photoshopped Celtic pictures you see on social media. The ones that usually involve a 'ghost' image of Tommy Burns or Jock Stein. Or sometimes both.
