WTF is a Sellick Da? It sounds like some planet in the furthest reaches of the universe.
The Sellick Da is more of a mindset than a question of parenthood.

If you often find yourself saying 'where were these carrots in the 90s' or 'dembele doesnt try' then you're most definitely a sellick da.
Some of the youngest Celtic fans are the ones who come out with the Dembele stuff. A lot of them can’t see past Griffiths.
Agreed. I think the 'Sellick Da' tag is the wrong name for it but it's defo used to describe a certain opinion.

Or when a player gets two footed from behind and your response is 'That was only a booking in my day'.

That's da worthy behaviour.
The whistling and leering when a female physio runs onto the pitch as well.

Da behaviour.

Does JJ still go into full meltdown mode on his blog about people who read it and don't give him money?
JJ is a bitter bellend who screams, LOOK AT ME , total nut job. As for the folks here who can’t see the wid from the trees  Best thread in yonks
He has loads of negative "exclusives" on the Huns though. There are still a good number of folk in the Celtic support who will believe any old Hun story as long as it's negative.

Read all the way through this and disappointed that I only appear to qualify as a sellick da and someone with special insight into spotting a player. If only I couldn't spell.

Might not have been wolf whistling but there were plenty of comments on a certain unfortunate picture.

I think the "Celtic da's" was coined by the young team who only really discovered Celtic fairly recently. Many of the Celtic da's on twitter are those who follow Celtic home and away and have done for many years. The young team are more what I'd call a new-age supporter / Brendanite. Celtic is fashionable for them just now. Indeed one of the leading young team (who spent last weekend spewing abuse at Bitton) has only been to one Celtic game. In the golden days the young team would be cracked on the bus and their behaviour kept in check. Twitter doesn't allow for such controls now, unfortunately.

It has got so bad that our CSC has had to take the drastic step of creating another fake CSC in the same city to act as a 'honeypot' for all the visiting Sellick zoomers.

That award-winning single piece of social media bait has been the most effective piece of eejit-luring firewall our CSC has invested in. I recommend other clubs follow suit.

a celtic da does not even have to be an older fan, just someone who acts like that embarrassing da with silly comments or using twitter as a night club among other actions.
