If Wolves offered us £12M for McGregor we should have no hesitation in accepting it.
Why? We don't need the money and we do need the player.

Agreed. McGregor when at his best has proven he's capable of turning in real good peformances and scoring goals at the highest level and in crucial domestic games alike. Combine that with the fact he's one that could stick around at Celtic for the long haul and £12million starts to look pretty unappealing. He's got plenty time left on his contract as well. I'd be gutted if we let him go for that.

Not saying his market value is £20 million, but as long as McGregor wants to stay at Celtic I'd start the bidding at around that figure, and even then I'd be in no rush to sell.

No thanks. Would be idiotic.

He is a player coming into his prime. Let's enjoy seeing a player like that spend it at Celtic for once, and see whether one of our own can continue to develop.

Arsenal close to signing Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Dortmund. £16M. Good to see them focus on fixing the defence and adding a couple of hard bastards to the team.
Try sticking that name on the back of a shirt. "Aw, just call me Jimmy"

Bale doesn't like Mourinho, or more specifically, the way his teams play.
I've got news for Gareth. NOBODY likes the way Jose's Man U play, even their own fans !

Abramovich now with Israeli visa. Really pissed off with UK. He wants to sell up in England as retaliation for being pissed about and has knocked the deal to develop Stamford Bridge, well and truly on the head. This means that a few families with properties in the Chelsea area who were looking forward to selling to the Russian for good money are suddenly pro-Corbyn. This could be good news for Conte who would love to kick Hazard's ass all over South London. He' a wee crawler (Hazard)

Stoke City are keen to sign striker Benik Afobe from Wolves - only four days after the Championship winners signed him from Bournemouth.

Afobe, 25, rejoined Wolves on loan in January from the Cherries and scored six goals in 16 appearances as they won promotion to the Premier League.

Wolves triggered a clause in the deal to sign the Democratic Republic of Congo international for £10m on Friday.

However, it is anticipated a move to Stoke will be completed for £12m.

Still got 10 in 24 last season for Wednesday, not a bad return for a mid-table Championship side. Can't see him leaving for Hibs.

Aberdeen sign Chris Forrester from Peterborough. I think he’ll be a good signing for them.

Bale is perfectly suited to Mourinho's style of play.

There is not a chance we would reject 12m for McGregor. And I doubt if anyone will ever offer it.

£12m for McGregor isn't enough and I can't believe I'm saying that. It sounds mental.

He is the perfect player for us - one that doesn't moan when he is on the bench and can fill in in various positions. All good successful teams need guys like this - and I don't think we'd replace him. He gets what it means to play for Celtic and in our quest for the 10 we need him.

There's a lot of love for Pjanic at the moment. Not sure why. He's a tidy wee player but that's about it.
