Callum Wilson wants £60,000-a-week to stay at Bournemouth this summer.

Another example of the money swilling about in the English game.

LEICESTER are pushing Southampton all the way as the Premier rivals go head-to-head over signing Norwich’s James Maddison.

SunSport can reveal the Foxes have agreed a £24million package with Norwich, including add-ons for the 21-year-old Canaries Player of the Year, after Saints agreed a similar deal yesterday.

Maddison more of a number 10 but I don't think he has physicality for EPL

Is that the kid that played for the Sheep? Decent player but nowhere close to Paddy. If I heard we were signing him I'd have shrugged. Crazy money.

Top agent explains how the modern day loan deal works

"I was in Ireland last week and a manager has a goalkeeper on loan from Chelsea. The player earns £11,000-a-week at Chelsea and the Irish side were paying nothing for him.

only player that I can see that it could have been is Mitchell Beeney :ponder: :ponder: :ponder: no me neither

a massive 4 games out on loan to Newport
a single game out on loan to Crawley

and then away to Sligo on loan (where he has signed permanently now after his Chelsea contract has expired)

He doesn't really explain that clubs like Man city and Chelsea scope up huge numbers of young talent then loan them out. A very small number end up at parent club, more end up being sold to other clubs at profit and many do not make grade and either let go or sold to reduce loss. Its a way round FFP.

Arsenal apparently signing Bernd Leno from Leverkusen.

That's a new keeper, a couple of mean-as-eff defenders and a midfield enforcer, if they get everything over the line. In short, exactly what everyone other than Arsene Wenger knew Arsenal have needed for years.

They look like they'll be a totally different proposition.

Transfer fee discussion on KDS has been akin to that Austin Powers ‘£1 million dollars scene’ for a while now..

Aberdeen sign Stephen Gleeson to replace McLean

Solid signing, maybe not an improvement but he'll do well
