Charging more if a loanee doesn't get games! GIRUY Liverpool.
Love it, wish we did the same tbh. (With the players we want to develop, eff the deadwood).

Only problem I see is that it might increase entitlement and stop the player from working as hard.

Don't see why we have to concentrate on one part of the team or let one potential signing stop everything else in its tracks.

Sevco have signed enough players to fill a stand. They may be varying shades of scheidt but in terms of negotiations, medicals, and all the other logistics, they still have to go through the same rigmarole.
And who said we are (you do realise not everything you read on KDS is 100% correct/accurate ;) )

We're not Sevco so do most of our business behind closed doors. What Celtic let out the bag is what they want out there, and the rest is just hyperbole spin by the media to get circulation figures moving (9 out of 10 times they haven't a clue what we're doing).

Not a rumour more of a  but Daniel Arzani from Melbourne City would be a cracking signing to replace Paddy, obviously there is a tie in with Man City so they might have first dibs on him, the boy is a real talent and only 19...

You are not wrong there.

Watched him all last season in the A-League and he is seriously an exceptional talent.

How did the KT story come about & why was it taken as gospel that he was doing the off?

Is Paul at CQN reliable?
Are any Pauls reliable?

Paul's ok, I keep robbing him to pay Peter. :(

I agree.

Can't get a game for Liverpool so expect us to school him and pay for the privilege??

F**k off. If your good enough, stay and fight for your place at Anfield.
If you come to Celtic you'll have to prove your worth.

I have no problem with us or anyone else loaning quality players that we couldn't otherwise afford to have, but if the player isn't good enough the manager of the loaning club should never feel like he's pressured into playing him.

His World Cup performances probably put him out of our reach. Man City’s reserves beckon.

IMO that is fair

You don't loan our your promising players to sit on the bench, you loan them out to get the first team football that they can't get with your team

Ciftci kind of loans, you do to get the player of your payroll (at least some of it), in that case it really don't matter if they play or not, you are just happy that you aren't playing (some) of their wages
First team football yes but no club should take a player on loan guaranteeing first team football no matter what.

The player has to prove his worth. Putting a player in the side regardless does no benefit to the player.

Would be a pointless signing for both, but that’s the world we live in sadly.

If we put out any of our promising youngsters out in loan, which we should if they aren't getting regular football, we should be guarantied that they play first team football. If one of our players go in loan to ei. Morton, they should play every game as they would progress more playing for our reserves getting top training, instead og sitting om Morton's bench training at and with players of lesser lvl.

They still need to earn their place. Why should the Morton boss be forced to pick a player who is off form or can’t be arsed?

He's my version of Luca's Thomas Delaney.

Been saying it all season, really stuck out in the A-League, granted its not the greatest league but you can see the boy has real talent and trickery.
